Our mission is to establish strong, standard-based programs for the students of Albanian origin in the United States in order to promote high academic achievement in both English and Albanian. Such programs will prepare students to become bilingual and bi-literate while attaining a multicultural understanding in order to maximize their potential in a diverse global society.  

Services are to be provided to both native born Americans and new arrivals. 

The goal is to:

• preserve the Albanian heritage and culture by teaching them the language of their origin
• support the newly arrived immigrant children in adjusting to the new culture by teaching them English as a New Language and providing opportunities to interact with English proficient peers of the same origin 
• ensure that both of these groups learn and demonstrate positive cross-cultural attitudes and behaviors
